So the four days that they’ll be away will be the day I’ll be sad, upset, and lethargic. Don’t mind me. Just missing out on a few things that I could’ve been a part of.
If I have one regret, it’s probably the fact that I’ll always be second-best.

yes i am :) not Lancaster (where you went, if I recall) but Haverford. My mother wanted me to do a writing class, so I have to go to Academic Explorations instead of Intensive Studies.

Thank goodness I had little expectations of actually going, so I’m not super upset. I really really want to go and would do anything to do so, but this was going to happen anyway.

SciO States 2013!
I love love love Science Olympiad. States always rekindles my love for SciO (and this year, I got to be an alternate, which always has its benefits). Not like I’m going to Nationals because there are so many good alternates and I was a last-minute shoo-in. So yeah.

I’m quite excited. I’m an alternate this year, so I get the great experience without the pressure. Wish the rest of the middle school five were going, but at least there’ll be one with me.
